Client Feedback

In order to assure that we are providing quality and professional care we value the input we receive from the clients we serve. On a quarterly basis we survey our client to find out how satisfied they are with the services they received.

Results from 2007 Satisfaction Surveys

• 99% of clients surveyed said they return to the Sexual Assault Center if they needed further counseling.
  
  
• 99% of clients surveyed agreed that their first appointment for counseling occurred within a reasonable length of time.
  
  
• 99% of clients surveyed agreed with the statement that the services they received helped them deal more effectively with their concerns.
  
  
• 100% of clients surveyed felt supported, believed and advocated for by their therapist.
  
  
• 99% of clients surveyed felt their concerns were handled confidentially and respectfully.
  
  
• 100% of clients surveyed believed the statement that the assault was not their fault.
  
  
• 100% of the parents surveyed reported that their child understood that he abuse was their child's fault.
  
  
• 100% of the parents surveyed reported gaining a better understanding of the effects of sexual abuse on their children.
